FieldLayout.setLabelHAlign

Sets horizontal alignment of label table cells - this is used when displaying Field Controls.

Supported values:

Value	Constant
Center	ControlConstants.HORIZONTAL_ALIGNMENT_CENTER
Left	ControlConstants.HORIZONTAL_ALIGNMENT_LEFT
Right	ControlConstants.HORIZONTAL_ALIGNMENT_RIGHT
